There are a lot of well thought out reviews on this item, many customers have owned a lot of different versions of air filter, who now swear by the Winix version. People were seriously impressed by the ability of the system to adapt to odors in air, as it continually scans air quality.

People also liked that you could determine the strength of a coffee or espresso before making it, very cool feature! We did find 7 reviews (out of 183) that did call out that their machines had some mechanical issues, but I have owned one of these, and regardless of DeLonghi or Gaggia or any of the premium makers, the one thing about them is they can be a bit finicky, you have to clean and de-scale them every few months to keep running in top form.
